Honestly, I don’t think I would have bought from this dealership if I had a different salesperson - Rich was that good. Personable, professional, and nothing like the stereotypical “sketchy/pushy car salesman.” On top of that, the dealership offered competitive pricing and plenty of options. Now, Finance was… just as smooth. Will walked me through everything clearly, explained services and coverage thoroughly, and not once did I feel pressured or misled. The biggest plus: everything we aligned on for OTD before I arrived was exactly what I saw at signing - no surprises. Other pluses: the facility is new and really nice, with modern technology for reviewing paperwork, options, and pricing, which made everything super easy to digest. I don’t usually take the time to write reviews, but this was such a standout experience in what can almost always be a stressful process. This dealership was impressive all the way from my initial phone call to when my vehicle arrived to the initial assessment to the follow up and then the service that was completed and also when we pic initial phone call to when my vehicle arrived to the initial assessment to the follow up and then the service that was completed and also when we picked it up plus the final bill was less than what they originally quoted (& I had alot of work done to thebcar) When I got there, I actually had a complimentary cappuccino while in the waiting room. In the initial assessment they sent me a link with photos and videos and a full diagnosis review and recommended updates that should be made to my vehicle. The link was very intuitive.I was able to ask questions and they were quick to send me feedback. The receipt was even impressive. On the receipt. It was detailed with every individual fee parts labor and then the back half of the receipt had a summary report, that highlighted all of the addressed areas of my vehicle and provided a nice explanation on recommended repairs. This dealer didn't try to upsell me. I needed shocks, a water pump, serpentine belt, tires rotated -they gave me the price of the Honda shocks, and they also gave me the price of an aftermarket shock. More
