My husband and I had started looking for a new vehicle about 7 months ago and after deciding to go with either a Honda or a Mazda we began contacting dealers in our surrounding area. We did contact Coggin at that time and unfortunately got a salesperson that we felt was not someone we wanted to deal with. After some frustration with all the other dealers we put our search on hold. Forward to this past week, we picked up our search again and finally decided to go for a new Honda Civic LX Coupe. I signed on to TrueCar.com to see what was around and was contacted almost immediately by Mr. Moushon. He was very friendly and patient as we exchanged emails for about a week and nailed down the price and answered my questions. I saw that there were some mixed reviews about this dealership (as with almost any others really) and was a bit nervous about how it would all go when we went to pick up the car on Saturday. Would there be any add-ons or surprises? I have to admit I was fully expecting to go in to the dealership with a battle on our hands or having to walk out with our check in hand, but the exact opposite happened. They honored the price we agreed to with absolutely no problem and even came in a little less when we signed our check over. Elyin in the finance department could not have been any nicer to deal with and helped so much in making our transaction smooth and painless. No pressure to do anything more than we wanted to and no attitudes whatsoever. They were both very friendly and professional and we would recommend them to anyone looking to go Honda. I called Coggin to just inquire about Hondas, and they were really nice, helpful and friendly. Their customer service was excellent and their finance person was helpful as well! When i purchased my car last thursday, i got there at the dealership late (6pm). Jeff Pender was amazing, he worked with me and was nice enough to stay until 11pm at the dealership. I felt really bad about making him stay that long. But he still worked with me, and even took the time to explain a lot of things before I left. I now have a brand new 2012 Honda civic coupe! I love love love it! More

I have purchased or leased 5 vehicles from Coggin Honda in Orlando, and have never been dissatisfied with their sales force. I have dealt with their service department for about 20 years and have been sat in Orlando, and have never been dissatisfied with their sales force. Unfortunately, the 2004 Civic Hybrid had a problem with the transmission, and each time it would start to shudder and jerk upon acceleration from a stop, I would take it into the service department and there was a "fix" for it, with the exception of this last time. It became unfeasible/uneconomical to replace the transmission, so a new car was in play. I could have gone across the street or to any of the dealers nearby, but I stayed with Coggin. Why? I like the product, but, moreover I like the people. I had been assisted by Mr. Vern Smith, of the service department in the past and asked for his assistance on this occassion. I will asked for him, by name, in the future for routine or other service. Vern introduced me to Sean and in turn to R.J.Lindsay. I also worked with "Smiley" Fernandez on the paperwork, of which there was a LOT! I got the overall feeling that they were all there for me. I have driven my new Civic for a week now, and am pleased with the performance. It also seems much bigger inside than my Hybrid, which I really liked and enjoyed driving, until the "judder" problem More

All his questions were answered. For the payment end we interfaced with the business department, specifically Alvin Santana, who spent an adequate time, answering questions and providing us with various financial options which were very helpful. The same professionalism yet warmth was exhibited. Cal Piper directed me to people that gave us a satisfactory purchasing experience. He initially took the time out of his busy schedule to talk with me. Coggin Honda goes above and beyond whether it's waiting for your car to be serviced (when you can use a computer, watch a movie and/or drink some coffee, freshly brewed at their snack area), or just car shopping. They keep you informed because they ARE informed. More
