Rob was very cordial and understanding of my schedule issues. Upon arrival we were warmly greeted. I had toldRob ahead of time the model and coloring was looking for. He had pulled the exact model and color from their inventory and had it up front waiting for us. He gave us an extensive test drive to make sure we were able to understand all of the new features. At no time did we feel rushed or pressured. After the test drive we were greeted by the sales director Nelson Merced. Nelson explained the next steps. After a short time time Nelson returned with their offer. After some fair civil negotiations we came to an agreement. At no time was there any pressure selling or other tactics. After all the paperwork was completed we left feeling that we got a fair deal and were always treated with curtesy and respect. I recommend Rob and Nelson strongly as they are both professionals. Bad Honda Experience at Dealership The sales representative, Justin Winn, I spoke to over phone and at the showroom provided incorrect price on New 2018 Honda Accord EXL. When I was try The sales representative, Justin Winn, I spoke to over phone and at the showroom provided incorrect price on New 2018 Honda Accord EXL. When I was trying to negotiate the price in person at the showroom, sales manager Kelby Coleman and the sales representative, Justin Winn, realized there was a mistake in price and just walked out. Sales manager was not ready to own the issue, walked out and refused to talk to me. Sales representative mentioned that the car already have accessaries fixed and the car is going to cost more than what he quoted and said the deal can not happen. I had a very unpleasant Honda experience. I did not expect this kind of experience from Honda. I called Jason Whitten who is the General Sales Manager and mentioned about the experience I had on phone and in person at the dealership. He investigated the escalation and apologized on phone for his staff's behavior. Over all, it was a very unpleasant experience which made me think twice about the choice of car I was planning to buy. More

NO AFTER SALE SERVICE When we bought our car, we accepted an interest rate that was incredibly higher than what we should have gotten. (I had received over three points low When we bought our car, we accepted an interest rate that was incredibly higher than what we should have gotten. (I had received over three points lower on another car I bought just the day before). But, either the finance manager is inept and doesn't know how to rehash a deal, or he just didn't want to work to get a better deal. The car was priced well and what my daughter wanted, so we bought it and refinanced shortly after at the three points lower I should have been offered to begin with. Anyway, because of the refinancing, we need to cancel our GAP Policy. I called and was sent to leave a voicemail. No response after two days. Emailed three different people in the dealership to ask for help from the emails on their own website. All three came back undeliverable addresses. Called back, was told the cancellation girl has gone home. Asked for GM, not available. Asked for sales manager, got sent to cancellation girl's voicemail. Just you typical dealership games. More

Courtesy, attention and quality service are just in the air, and it shows, and it is clear that they do care in making sure their clients are content. Special thanks to Raul, Nicolas, Alvin, and even to Sammy who helped me with the best financial options. They all listened and helped me in their specific areas and I'll be happy to go back to them first the next time I need to replace my car and expect a superb outcome, cause that's exactly how they made me feel. Great test drive. I did enjoy the test drive and also appreciated the fact that the sales staff is not high pressure. However, I decided on the Toyota RAV4 because I could get it without turbo. If I decide to get a Honda in the future, I will return to Coggin for a test drive and possibly to buy if they have the best vehicle for the right price. More

My sales guy treated me like a dear friend !! Moudy did an amazing job working hard to find the vehicle I want and price range I can live with comfortably. He works on the new car side.
