My experience was not the nicest. I can not believe that a customer that is ready to buy (cash) is treated like the way I was. I was completely ignored from your dealer from the bottom to all the way to th a customer that is ready to buy (cash) is treated like the way I was. I was completely ignored from your dealer from the bottom to all the way to the top. I guess this dealer is doing well enough that can turn down any business they want. The process: 1. Sent email with my offer. 2. Received a call back and email. (Good) 3. Talked to Internet sales manager and promised to call me back. (Saturday) 3. Never heard from him or anybody. (Bad) 4. I called back on Monday and talked to the store sales manager. The store sales manager had no idea about what I was talking about and he sounded bother by my call. He said that he would not call me back but he would have some of his employees call me back. Later, may be 6 hour later I was called but I missed the call and later called back but they missed my call too. (Bad) 5. I gave up on even trying to call or to negotiate to buy a car from this dealer. (Bad) 6. Days later I received an email from customer service and later a call to see if my needs were met or satisfied by the dealer. I told the lady on the phone that I was not happy with the service but I had moved on. (Good) 7. The lady on the phone said that she was going to talked to the dealer and call me back. (Good) 8. I never heard from her either. (Terrible) All I wanted was someone to be honest with me and simply say to me "I am sorry but we can not meet your offer, that is not enough and we can not give you that car for that amount. We do have other cars within that range...." Like many other dealers have done. I was amazed by the lack of interest on a customer that is ready to buy. I din not want to spend time driving around looking for cars when I can do that online and once I find a car then make an offer. More

WOW! That's all I can say... Nelson and the Sales Management Team not only provided me with the exact vehicle I've searched all over the state of FL for(2012 Accord Coupe EX-L V6 6 Speed) but they al Management Team not only provided me with the exact vehicle I've searched all over the state of FL for(2012 Accord Coupe EX-L V6 6 Speed) but they also arranged delivery to me 100 miles away in Brandon, FL! I thought I built up a loyalty with a dealer in Lakeland after purchasing 3 cars and referring my boss since 2008 but they didn't even come close. Nelson was quick with his email responses, upfront about every detail and made the process as easy as can be. My only regret is that I didn't get the shake hands with Nelson and the Manager who put this deal together for me. Even after admitting defeat by telling them I realized I may have been asking for too much, they made it happen. To anyone reading this, save yourself time like I wish I had done and just go with Nelson and Coggins from the start-you will get the best deal by far and can start to enjoy your new ride a lot sooner! I contacted Coggin via the internet & got an immediate response! I told Alvin what I wanted & he gave me a price that beat all other dealerships. So I traveled an hour to the dealership & Alvin immediate response! I told Alvin what I wanted & he gave me a price that beat all other dealerships. So I traveled an hour to the dealership & Alvin was there waiting for us. He was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable & above all patient with all my questions. He made me feel comfortable with my choice of cars & decision to by Honda. No high pressure selling. No substitutions or bait & switch. Body work- Front end repair and wheel replaced on my civic,after I brought car home, found other body damage that wasn't brought to my attention,after they had washed and cleaned the car and spending civic,after I brought car home, found other body damage that wasn't brought to my attention,after they had washed and cleaned the car and spending $505.00. Took back had other body damage repaired another $440.00 to body of car, got car home and parts were Missing off the car, that were not replaced when work was done. Was promised by Josh Holcomb everything was completed this time. Called back advised them of the situation and was promised they would be out to my house Monday the Technician would get in about 9:30am or 10:00am and Josh would call me back to get address info to send him out to put part on. Here it is 1220pm, no call as of yet. Called back Jeff,a Coggin Manager of sales dept, He said Josh would be getting in touch with me shortly with the technician to come to put part on car. DO NOT USE THIS SHOP THEY ARE NOT RELIABLE!!!!!!! This customer very disatisfied with this Dealership. They say one thing and do another. Will find another dealership to do any further maintenance on my vehicle! HONDA TAKE NOTE ON THIS! CC HONDA More

I was recommended to go to Coggin by my parents. (They had recently purchased their new used kia with Izzy. They were SO grateful for his help and trusted him to help me with my new car.) I had such a fun time getting to know him, and he took alot of his time to find out every need I had. Even when the first car didn't fit my ideal, he set out again more determined than ever to get my dream car. So when he saw my dream car come into the lot, he said, "THERE IS AMBERS CAR!!" and called me immediately! Yesterday I had the most pleasant buying experience of my life. Mike Moushond is such a good person to deal with. He works hard, and I mean hard. His follow up is spectacular.
