We knew that we wanted to get a Honda Odyssey to replace our existing Odyssey but we were not pressured into getting the top of the line model. Having purchased the last two cars from Holler Honda, I thought we would end up back there to purchase our vehicle since it is closer to our home. However, the drive to Coggin was worth it. They not only matched the other dealer's price they beat it significantly and they included extras which adds value in the susbequent resale of the car and more importanly gave us greater satisfaction in making the purchase. Nelson made the entire transaction painless. He was responsive with his e-mails and connected with us by cell phone but was not overly aggressive. He was knowledgeable and thorough in making sure we had all the variables when comparing the various Honday Odyssey models. When we had to have the trade-in model evaluated they were quick and did not play games by keeping us waiting in a small confined desk or office while they talked up their cars. When we were ready to sign the paperwork, their loan executive was efficient and we were able to finalize the transaction quickly. I look forward to buying our next car from Nelson and Coggin Honda. Nelson certainly was a breath of fresh air when I met him in 2009 and ended up buying a Honda instead of the Toyota I'd pretty much planned on. Nelson is just a very nice and genuine individual. You dont get that "oily car salesman" feeling at all when dealing with him. He is very knowledgeable and respectful and takes care of business in a professional and pleasant manner. He is truely a gentleman and one of prompt action; does what he says he will do and with a great attitude and a level of patience that is remarkable.
