We came in to look at the CRV's and because of Mark Vices helpfulness in explaining all the great features of the car and taking the extra time we needed to make a decision, we bought the CRV. My wife and I recently decided to purchase a new Honda. I have used coggin's for service on my CRV so we felt this would be a good choice as our old VW was getting old. He seemed quite friendly and knew what he was talking about so we made an appointment . 4 hours latter we walked out with a brand new honda civic. He was a able to get the car and the price we were looking to spend. He must have went back to the manager at least 5 times in order to get our price. when it came to the managers final price , I felt it was still a little more than we wanted to spend. So he said he would make up the difference out of his commission. We agreed and drove home with our car. Since than i have spoke to dustin at least 3 times always asking if he could help us with anything. great guy and great business More

TIMING BELT REPLACEMENT: Honda Civic EX had fairly low mileage BUT is 2002! From Cal Piper's sound advice that though low mileage it had AGE on those belt(s) I bought it in. Jose Hernandez, service advisor, gave me detailed information w/best costs on what would be replaced and connected me w/Kevin Mitchell, head mechanic, who performed service. He treated my car as his own. There were several items that he found (and pointed out) when replacing and I felt very comfortablee w/his assessment. Cal Piper, Parts and Service Manager, checked w/me during visit and the overall treatment and work performed was AAA+. Was kept apprised of prices and there were no hidden costs. They kep their word. Additionally the dealership provides movies on large screen, fresh coffee and apples, wi-fi and (clean) restrooms. I will return. More

Upon receiving an on-line quote for a Honda Odyssey we made an appt. at the dealership because the on-line price was very reasonable. Unfortunately when we arrived at the dealership this was not the true made an appt. at the dealership because the on-line price was very reasonable. Unfortunately when we arrived at the dealership this was not the true price with all of the added dealer fees and add-ons for the vehicle. Michael was very professional, the finance person was rude and not interested in making a sale. He would not even let us leave with a printout of the quote to review and decide if we liked what he was offering - he didn't want anything leaving the dealership in writing. We left and went to Headquarter Honda in Clermont, dealt with friendly professional staff from start to finish and they gave us a price $2,000 better than quoted at Coggin Honda for a Honda Odyssey EX-L plus waived the dealer fee and gave us $1500 more than Coggin was offering for our trade-in! After the deal was made and we got into our new car the sales person said he would follow up today to see how everything was going on our first day! That's a great example of service! More

The whole experience was good, sales staff was knowledge able, Inventory was there to select the one we wanted. The process took longer than I expected.
