If you want to have a conversation where you attempt to justify charging me a $407 labor & shop fee for what was about a one hour job, forget it...you would be wasting your (and my) time. However, if you want to be reasonable, and refund the two hours of unused labor charges, as well as some of the exorbitant shop fees, then lets talk.

Really?...a condescending "ditto"...that is the best that you can do? If you are serious about keeping me as a customer, and resolving this issue, you are going to have to put it in writing...right here and right now. You guys had me over a barrel, with a broker car, late on a Sunday afternoon. Your people took full advantage, ripping out my lungs and stealing my money. I feel strongly that I am entitled to a refund for the unused two hours of labor that I was charged, as well as a partial refund for the excessive shop charges. Do you agree? Yes or No? If yes...how much? If no, you will never see or hear from me again. But rest assured, everyone I know will get a email detailing how I was mistreated at your dealership. The choice is yours...the quick nickel or the slow dollar.

After some long negotiations between myself and Coggin Honda, Sean Bryant and I have struck a deal to resolve my issues regarding the problems I have had with their installation job on my Honda Accord.
