My fiancee and I stopped by on Saturday to browse. Romeo greeted us right away and was very friendly. We only had an idea of what we wanted, but Romeo helped us narrow our focus. Romeo spent the entire afternoon helping us to purchase a terrific car for a price and payments that we could live with. To his credit, we were not easy to convince when it came to financing, but he worked it all out for us. I am not sure how another salesperson would have handled it, but Romeo was terrific and patient. I would definitely recommend him to anyone I know looking for a vehicle. And I love my new car!!!! I have been trying to end my lease due to financial problems. I called and got someone who told me just pay it off and turn it in. If I had that kind of money I would not have been trying to end my lease. I called and emailed Mr. Ward about buying my 2009 CRV several times with no response. The last few times I have been there or talked with anybody I was treated pretty badly. I understand the problems with Capital One caused quite a bit of stress for everybody concerned, but that is no reason to be treated like I was carrying the plague. I had learned to expect better from Courtesy Honda and have been very disappointed with my treatment. They are overbearing and pushy, and try to make you think they are doing you a favor by swindling you out of your hard earned money. I sent one email to Coggin Honda about buying my 2009 CRV and receive d a phone call within 20 minutes and they are buying my CRV. They were very happy to help and liked that it only has 22, 000 miles on it and is in very good shape. Apparently Courtesy Honda is not in the business of taking care of long time customers anymore as they have so many sales that they don't need repeat customers. I am very happy to have found Coggin Honda and hope to be doing business with them for a long time.
