i am giving this rating due to our wonderful experience @ Coggin. we were checking different dealerships of toyota for about 2 weeks. but every day there were games, some dealers were trying to overcharge @ Coggin. we were checking different dealerships of toyota for about 2 weeks. but every day there were games, some dealers were trying to overcharge us but then when reaching home then coming to the normal rate. some didn't have colors and some had horrible customer service ( i wrote down to them as well)but on sunday my hisband decided to go to cogging right closer to central fl(toyota dealership) and boom , same day deal was done. Kevin was such a knowledgeable sales consultant and very friendly as well. he actually not only explained each and every system in a detail but also convinced us to go for honda odyssey instead of toyota sienna. More

Mr. Sternett and Mr. Pham were exceptionally superb on providing the best customer service to us. When we first arrived, Mr. Sternett introduced himself and explained what options were available in a clea providing the best customer service to us. They showed great patience and honesty when we did not understand what the finance options were. They both went out of their way to make my experience pleasant. Any other dealer would have just given us one word answer, but they answered it in a way that we could understand how it works. We were discussing the pricing options for more than a half an hour, because we were just not understanding it, but during the whole process they were truly professional and respectful toward us. My sincere appreciation to this two individuals for making my new car purchase quite a smooth experience. Keep up the good work! I purchased a 2007 Accord EX sedan last year and it was a wonderful car. It made me a Honda owner for life. Before I went to Coggin Honda I was a Ford guy. Jason Whitten did an excellent job of getting me into an extremely nice car with a lower price then I could have expected. I just traded in my 2007 Accord for a brand new 2011 Accord LX-S coupe. It's my first new vehicle purchase. Kevin Sternett was very friendly with absolutely no pressure what so ever put on me. Kevin did a great job of informing me of my purchase options and once again I was given a great price. Kevin even went so far as to check the radio stations from my trade-in car and then programmed them into my new car before I drove it off the lot. Jason gave me a fair value for my trade-in and I left the dealership knowing that if I needed anything after the purchase Jason and Kevin would be there for me. I love my new Honda, it drives as good as it looks and I'm so glad I bought it from Coggin Honda of Orlando. More
