They forgot to tighten my drain plug after a routine oil change and it backed itself out while I was driving! I called them and the service dept was closed so the sales dept handled it! big mistake! they fi change and it backed itself out while I was driving! I called them and the service dept was closed so the sales dept handled it! big mistake! they finally sent a flat bed truck and gave me a loaner after much discussion over who was at fault. This was on a brand new Honda S2000 sports car! they offered me a free oil change ! I don't think so - I do my own oil changes now! More
