No responsibility and no ethics. One of the worst services ever seen till now. Service representative took 45 minutes to come to the Car after assigning a person and I was waiting i One of the worst services ever seen till now. Service representative took 45 minutes to come to the Car after assigning a person and I was waiting in the car for 45 minutes with a scheduled appointment. Then finally a representative came and sent the car for Service. No updates even after 2 hours, when I asked he did not know what mechanics were doing in the background, no update until Mechanic finished and gave the car keys to me after 4 more hours. Finally I got my car back after 5 hours. What is the point of representative assigning to Guest rather we can work directly with Mechanic which saves a lot of time and money for everyone. I feel that Coggin Honda is not a Customer Friendly environment. We had bad experiences multiple times, but never bothered to write a review, but this time I felt it is not acceptable at all when they take my car inside and no updates for 5 hours, not even shared diagnostic test results.
