The technician was very friendly and accommodating. I've had a recall on my Honda for 5 months or so and everyone of their reps at Coggins says we should have the parts soon every week. I just found out from Honda that it will likely be closer to fall wh everyone of their reps at Coggins says we should have the parts soon every week. I just found out from Honda that it will likely be closer to fall when the parts are ready. The vehicle is a business vehicle and I can't use it, so I'm losing money because this multinational business didn't do it's quality assurance properly, doesn't have the parts, and will not reimburse for the money lost. I've bought Acuras and Honda's for over 20 years, and there is no attempt to cure the injured party due to their incompetence. I was told by corporate there is nothing they are willing to do, and Coggins says it's up to the dealership. Sounds like a lack of accountability and complete disregard for the well being of their clients/customers. More

This is my third new Honda accord. Every time I used autopay and have never been late with a payment. I told the salesperson I didn’t want to pay more than 3.99% interest. I also told the salesperson I wanted a 60 month term.the car this piece of junk. The bill was writtenThey put the cheapest radio they could find. I can’t even get Sirius XM in the car. All I usually listen to is jazz, so this was very important to me. I was and I am very disappointed with Coggin. I was there all day and I trusted the salesperson. I didn’t look at the paperwork until I got home. Needless to say, I will never shop at this store again. There were so many other things deceitful about this dealer. I implore you to stay as far away from this dealer as far away as you can. They are crooks. More
