Our only visit, bought a new CRV with a trade in. Sent to this dealer because of their agreement with Costco Auto. However, this discount wasn’t discussed much and was not used, we were told a custom Sent to this dealer because of their agreement with Costco Auto. However, this discount wasn’t discussed much and was not used, we were told a customer loyalty discount trumped the Costco discount.??? We knew exactly what vehicle we wanted and how much we wanted for our trade in. Eventually arrived at the $$ we wanted, but no Costco savings included. So that wasn’t worth anything. Honestly could have gone to any dealership and gotten the same deal. The whole process was very time consuming. We were there 7 hours! Never met the person we had the appointment with, but were happy with our salesperson, Herman Alcaraz. More

Renee has being excellent and accommodations but I think as always you are over price. Imagine the part for my car was 150.00 plus and Charged me over $3,000.00 for Labour. This is insanity. A few months before I was charged $1,600.00. Times are hard and labour over $3,000.00 More
