I'm worried that my services wasn't done properly, supposedly I have 3 services to be completed, Oil and filter change, wheel alignment, and fuel induction service. I paid $362.54 for all of it, but all three services got completed in less than an hour. My normal Oil and filter change service alone usually completed in 45 minutes. In the past I had a serviced with Oil and filter change together with just wheel alignment and it took 1.5 hours for the two services. This recent three services completed in less than an hour, I'm worried if it's done properly or worst one or two of the service is not being done at all. That's how I feel about my last service. More
Love my 2024 CRV. My husband purchased the car for me while I was away. The reason for the low score is I had to go to the dealership when I returned on Saturday, 3/17/24, to sign over the title on my car that I traded in. While I was there, I asked for someone to show me the features on my new car. I was told by the financing guy “it’s Saturday and we’re short staffed. Come back on Monday”. I live 45 minutes from Coggin Honda so coming back is not convenient. This behavior is unacceptable to treat a customer who just bought a $35,000 car. I guess I’ll read the manual and watch YouTube videos to learn about my new car. More

I made an appointment a week ahead of time for a recall part that Coggins contacted me about. Upon arrival im told they do not have the part and couldn't do the service. So I took a day off work and they w part that Coggins contacted me about. Upon arrival im told they do not have the part and couldn't do the service. So I took a day off work and they wasted my time! To also be told I need to come whenever the part comes in which they don't know when that will be, when I mention ita for a fire hazard recall im told ahhh you should be ok, seriously? You do not know that! Then a salesman hunts me down in the waiting area trying to get me in a new car. Not appropriate at all and im not impressed at all with this poor unorgqnization and pushing to get me a new car. Not happy at all with dealer at this point. More
