My wife and I drove 6 1/2 hours from Pensacola to purchase a vehicle we had worked a remote deal on. The deal was negotiated, financing in place, Insurance DONE! We arrived to a Disgustingly filthy T purchase a vehicle we had worked a remote deal on. The deal was negotiated, financing in place, Insurance DONE! We arrived to a Disgustingly filthy Trashed 30,000 truck that was READY AND WAITING FOR US! With a nice sold sticker! We were mislead, lied to, manipulated and had a Gentleman spend over an hour arguing in the parking lot with us Pretending to be The GM Mark. We wasted 2 days, travel, fuel, hotel over this shady dealer and their bait and switch. Our full reviews from myself and wife are on their Google page with more info. The “GM” that spoke to us assured me I’d receive my $500 deposit back and I’d be texted or emailed a receipt for the refund expeditiously. That was 2 days ago, I have yet to receive that receipt like I was promised from “MARK”. There were multiple lies, deceptions and misleading photos. Not to mention all of the photos in their Autotrader listing had a camper shell soft topper on the truck which was One of our “buying points” upon arriving, it had been removed and had disappeared with nobody knowing where it went. There are multiple other issues and problems. When we speak to the actual GM mark we can address those. Thank you Coggin Honda for wasting our time, money and proceeding to mock us. More
