experience with Coggin Honda was extremely concerning. My fiancé brought her 2022 Civic Si in on 12/20/25 for an A127 service. The service was not completed as expected. A required brake fluid service wa My fiancé brought her 2022 Civic Si in on 12/20/25 for an A127 service. The service was not completed as expected. A required brake fluid service was not performed, while air and cabin filters were replaced without authorization. The vehicle was also released with all four tires inflated to 40 PSI, causing a TPMS warning within a few miles. Overinflated tires present a serious safety risk, especially with children in the vehicle. The following day, while driving on the 408, the car suddenly lost power, began smoking, and experienced catastrophic engine failure at approximately 40,000 miles. We were stranded on the highway with our 2-year-old children. Despite the circumstances, we were told the failure was due to “misuse,” based on over-rev claims that do not align with how the vehicle is driven or with factory safeguards. Warranty coverage was denied. I have professional experience in the automotive service industry, and the handling of this situation left me deeply concerned about both safety and accountability. Based on our experience, I would advise others to proceed with caution when servicing their vehicle here. More
