Five stars cause they really deserve it! my favorite person name was David Ramos. He was an outstanding sales associate he went above and beyond to get me the car I really wanted/needed it my favorite person name was David Ramos. No responsibility and no ethics. One of the worst services ever seen till now. Service representative took 45 minutes to come to the Car after assigning a person and I was waiting i One of the worst services ever seen till now. Service representative took 45 minutes to come to the Car after assigning a person and I was waiting in the car for 45 minutes with a scheduled appointment. Then finally a representative came and sent the car for Service. No updates even after 2 hours, when I asked he did not know what mechanics were doing in the background, no update until Mechanic finished and gave the car keys to me after 4 more hours. Finally I got my car back after 5 hours. What is the point of representative assigning to Guest rather we can work directly with Mechanic which saves a lot of time and money for everyone. I feel that Coggin Honda is not a Customer Friendly environment. We had bad experiences multiple times, but never bothered to write a review, but this time I felt it is not acceptable at all when they take my car inside and no updates for 5 hours, not even shared diagnostic test results.
