Shady dealership! I was interested in a vehicle and they asked for $1,000 to hold the vehicle. They next they they took my $20,000 for the down payment. They said they had all the paperwork started and they would mail it. The next night I got a call saying they didn’t have enough information and they could not proceed. I called the manager the following day and he told me they had sold the vehicle to someone else. THIS IS ABSURD. Now they are refusing to refund me my money in full. I could not be more disgusted and furious. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THEM!!! Shady trashy dealership. More

I walked in and was given a price for $28,719.55 and had to give $1000 to preorder the vehicle and waited 3 months for the car. Now that the car is here they are telling me the cost is $29,322.69, I question them of why the difference and the answer is thats the way the market is right now. The answer is that is the price if you don’t want it someone else can buy it in 10minutes. DO NOT BUY THERE! The only reason is because they have someone else they can sell it for a higher price. I made an appointment later in the day because they are very busy in the morning. I was told 30 minutes. When I arrived I was informed it would be two hours. The service person comped a tire totation. So very busy in the morning. I was told 30 minutes. When I arrived I was informed it would be two hours. The service person comped a tire totation. So I wait for about an hour and took a walk around the dealership. I saw my car on the lift there was nobody working on it. So I walk all the way around the dealership. And now I'm back looking at my car on the lift. I see a young man wearing headphones and using his phone. I went up to him and asked if someone was going to rotate the tires. He jumped a mile and said I'm doing that now. He proceeded to add the oil and rotate the tires. When I saw the pressure 35lbs. I questioned him as to why he wasn't going by the pressure indicated on the door. He said that they put 35 lbs in every car. It should be 33lbs but they add 2lbs because the tire is hot. I explained that the car had been sitting in the shade inside for over an hour. He said well that's what they do. I spoke to the service .writer she said she had been there 5 years and that's how they do it. I spoke with the service manager who apologized. Unfortunately he did not seem to care about my issue. The Service Manager showed absolutely no empathy or concern. When I mentioned the two hour wait for an oil change, he said that was common with all dealerships. I was amazed at the lack of customer service. More
The worst experience I've ever had. I am a business owner and would NEVER treat people the way they treated us. My daughter purchased a used car and BASEM RIZKALLA lied to my face and s I am a business owner and would NEVER treat people the way they treated us. The engine BLEW up in 30 days after she purchased the car and now they're stating that the warranty is not valid. RUN AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. More
Bait and Switch. My experience with Coggin Honda wasn’t good from the start. I worked with Jeff Pender. Came in on December 05, 2021 to test drive the new 2022 CRV My experience with Coggin Honda wasn’t good from the start. I worked with Jeff Pender. Came in on December 05, 2021 to test drive the new 2022 CRV. I was ready to buy that day. I like Honda as I was to be trading in my 2013 CRV. Unfortunately, There was none on the lot to test drive due to shortage so he showed me pictures on the computer. I picked out the car, options, etc. but we couldn’t come to terms on price. After going to another dealership and shopping around they called and were able to renegotiate and were able to get to the “price that was agreeable” to me and them. That was on 12/11. So we came in and I was told I HAD to put down a deposit of 1k. I then waited for what was supposed to be “about Jan 13”. That turned into Jan 20. Understandable. Then January 19 came, car was “definitely coming tomorrow”. That turned into “My managers are in a meeting about the cars that came in and I’ll call you later” on Jan 20, to “sorry the car isn’t coming today and it could be as late as Feb 4”. Feeling really skeptical I asked if could at least come in to do the paper work since we then had a vin number so we could get that out of the way. (I wasn’t feeling secure about this transaction but had already waited over a month and a half). This is when the bait and switch happened. As soon as I walked in to do the paperwork he informed me that because Honda had increased their prices about 750 more since we were last in, so they would be passing that along to me. This, After I had already given them 1k deposit on the car at and agreed upon lower price/terms. We asked what could be done to fix this since I had already paid them the deposit and they said, “well if you don’t want to pay the extra cost then you can walk” and we don’t care about the survey, that’s the way it is and if you too like it too bad sort to speak. When asked to speak to the manager Jeff wouldn’t get him. We then went in to the finance office where Jose Ruiz was the most dismissive and rude individual I have ever worked with. He interrupted our questions and kept saying the phrase “there’s nothing we can do” and “feel free to leave and get a car elsewhere”. Luckily for me the car arrived a week later, Jan 27. On Feb 3rd I called to make sure the registration was on it. It was not. I was not given any information about the car upon delivery (I honestly just wanted to get the car and get outta there) and I’m reading the manual to find out how it all works. There’s was no intro to the service department, there was no service after the sale, nothing. Horrible experience. Felt like I was buying a high demand product from the dealer and unless I paid their ransom, I was SOL, too bad. Be careful getting a car here, they can and will tell you one thing to get you to order the car and then change the price on you without your consent and also make you buy bs on the car that you don’t want aka “appearance package” (essentially $999 for window tint and I’d love to tell you what else but I have no idea). Then they also did not tell me which lender they registered my car with. Worst car buying experience, thanks for making me jump through hoops/ lying to me just to buy a car. I’m also calling the attorney general tomorrow and Honda corporate now that I can. More
This was the third Honda we leased from Jeffrey Pender of Coggin Honda and all went well.This was a real challenge because of the car shortage and we wanted the Passport TrailSport in sonic gray.After waitin Coggin Honda and all went well.This was a real challenge because of the car shortage and we wanted the Passport TrailSport in sonic gray.After waiting 3 months and extending the lease on our CR V Jeff called and told us the vehicle was on the truck coming in today.He said to come in at 4:30 other people were interest in that vehicle.The rest is history .Jeff and the Coggin team worked to get the vehicle really and the paper work completed.We returned the CR V and left at 8:00 very happy with the new car.Excellent job by all.Dennis and Chris Bongo. Mike Schepise, I just want to say that your service director Fadi and service advisor John S. did a wonderful job helping me out and with fixing my car even though I bought it from Honda it was a nissi director Fadi and service advisor John S. did a wonderful job helping me out and with fixing my car even though I bought it from Honda it was a nissian car the service director understood my frustration and brought my car in himself to get fixed only to find out the sensors was just out of place!
