Was vacationing in the area and needed a part for my windshield to insure safe travel for my family. Talked to the service department 3 times and a customer service person at the dealership on May 8th a windshield to insure safe travel for my family. Talked to the service department 3 times and a customer service person at the dealership on May 8th about ordering a part for our Honda Pilot. Gave them my VIN number and scheduled a service date and time for the morning of May 10th. Went for our scheduled appointment, sat in the waiting area for two hours and was then told that NO PART HAD EVEN BEEN ORDERED!!! I had been assured that the part would be ordered and ready for installation. So…we drove about 30 miles round trip for a “service appointment” to get a part put on that was never even ordered. We lost vacation time, and we were lied to. Let me emphasize that I spoke to three different people at the dealership about the part and the service appt. I wish I had written down the names. They even CALLED ME to get the VIN number to order the part - the one they never ordered!! Therefore, I do not recommend this dealership. I love my Honda, though. This dealership did not care about the inconvenience and were not apologetic. Honda has always prided itself with good vehicles. They should strive to reflect this with their individual dealerships as well. More
Terrible dealership i was bate and switched after making an agreement on a vehicle signing documents and getting a temporary insurance card for it i was told to wait for the car to be detailed they then c an agreement on a vehicle signing documents and getting a temporary insurance card for it i was told to wait for the car to be detailed they then came back and told me they made a mistake and i was actually getting a whole different make and model vehicle that i never even seen and that the original was in a accident (also a Lie we saw the car and it was fine) i wound up walking out very unhappy also the dealer told me they would not run a hard inquiry on my credit as we already had a few cars with Honda and that was also a lie next day hard inquiry on my report beware of this place extremely shady practice's More
This will be my 8th car with Coggin, no issues , fast , easy financing and great Customer Service. Thats why I keep going when I need a reliable car . Went to look to buy new car. ..when I walked in I was really surprised the music was so loud..(.thought for a moment was I in a night club) walked up to front desk ask the young l ..when I walked in I was really surprised the music was so loud..(.thought for a moment was I in a night club) walked up to front desk ask the young lady were there new cars are....she said what!!! Had to repeat my self...she just pointed to the back..went to back all the cars were mixed up...used and new.....the manager saw me walking out and I told him your cars are all mixed up....should be all new cars on one side used on other side .... a customer doesn't want to spend there whole day looking at cars....not the best customer service at this place......so I moved on and purchased somewhere else.. My salesman Christian, whom I was in direct contact with the day before, the night before, and the morning of my arrival, after an hour drive, failed to know or tell me that the specific car I wanted was so the day before, the night before, and the morning of my arrival, after an hour drive, failed to know or tell me that the specific car I wanted was sold 24 hours prior. The sales manager failed to even come to talk to me at all. Oh, they did have another car they might be able to get with an extra 10k miles for an extra $1500. This is not how you treat customers. My experience at Carvana was amazing and I will buy all future cars from an organization that appreciates and respects my business. More
