Don’t buy the lies…2-3 hours for an oil change WITH an appointment! This was the second car I bought from Coggin. When I went in I worked with Sean ONeil again and as always he was incredible!!! When we got to Finance they wanted me to buy the service plan again. I initially said NO WAY! He finally convinced me that things had changed and the service would be much better. Well I’m here for my first oil change in this car. Had a appointment for 10am. They tell me 2-3 hours for an oil change. I tell them this is insane! I want a manager. They ignore me for 20 minutes until they finally have no other option because they need my car out of the way. A guy comes up and asks what I’m there for. I tell him and that I’m not happy about waiting for 2-3 hours. He says “I’ll try and get you out in 1.5 hours! I go inside and ask to talk to the highest person working right now. Finally I get Josh. He says “We will never be fast. We make 200 appointments and have 5 people to do them.” This makes no sense. If you don’t have the staff then why make the appointments! They rope you into giving them lots of money upfront so you are stuck with their crappy service. They don’t care if you get made and leave because they already have your non-refundable service money. The buying experience here is incredible but the service is worse that the scariest horror movie you could ever thing of! Buy from them but take your service needs anywhere but here!!!!! More
VERY POOR SERCIVE,I HAD NEW BREAK PAD INSTALLED AND ROTTORS RESURFACE,BUT THEY DID A VERY BAD JOB,THE CAR STILL SHAKING WHEN I BREAK,I TOOK THE CAR BACK TO THE DEALER AND ASKED THEM TO REDO THE JOB, I ROTTORS RESURFACE,BUT THEY DID A VERY BAD JOB,THE CAR STILL SHAKING WHEN I BREAK,I TOOK THE CAR BACK TO THE DEALER AND ASKED THEM TO REDO THE JOB, I HAD TO WAIT 4 HOURS BUT THEY DID NOT FIX ANYTHING,THEY SAID YOU NEED BREAK MASTER CYLINDER,I TOOK THE CAR BACK AGAIN FOR THE SECOND TIME AND I HAD TO WAIT ANOTHER 3 HOURS THEY GAVE ME THE KEYS AT 7 PM WITH NO PAPER WORK, BUT THEY FORGOT TO DO THE OIL CHANGE THAT I ASKED FOR,AND THEY SAID IT S 7 PM WE ARE CLOSE COME BACK ANOTHER DAY.THIS PLACE IS A JOKE THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL AND THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS More
Service side doesn’t get any more sketchy. I know a couple advisors personally and all they talk about is how bad they just got the customer with some ridiculous service that is usually false and there couple advisors personally and all they talk about is how bad they just got the customer with some ridiculous service that is usually false and there is nothing wrong with the car, they are only telling the there is something wrong with the car to scam an insurance company or straight fraud/ embezzlement and a couple advisers have taken money and kept it themselves. All around the service at coggin Honda of Orlando needs to clean house and get some respectable employees. More
I work for a differnt Honda Dealership in Georgia and had a new customer get locked out of her new car near Coggin Honda. I called and spoke to parts department and they were able to get her into her vehicle a new customer get locked out of her new car near Coggin Honda. I make a review couple days ago about my good experience but i regret that experience for good To nightmare because i bought a few cars for the family one the car was for my one of my kids who turn 18 on but i regret that experience for good To nightmare because i bought a few cars for the family one the car was for my one of my kids who turn 18 on July 12 he was so happy for birthday gifts getting a new car for his birthday amazing for him until a get call from the dealership I have to return 3 cars back from me with not good explanation because they just decided to take those cars back with really explanation why? my credit it's good I can said excellent with good financial experience 750 + credit score Not first time buyers you don't know how bad is tell your kids we need to returns the cars back when deals was already paid to the dealership I can't understand why Coggin honda did something like that to my family could pay cash if I want to I would like to give 0 star 🌟to Coggin Honda don't buy from this dealership if you don't want to have a nightmare 🤮🤮🤮 More
Awful attention, we went to see a vehicle and they told us that if we did not close a deal the same day they would not continue to assist us and they had not even shown us the vehicle!! The sales executiv us that if we did not close a deal the same day they would not continue to assist us and they had not even shown us the vehicle!! The sales executive was very unprofessional and even rude, he told us that the manager asked us to come back when we wanted to close a deal, since his time, according to him, was “worth gold”. This is the WORST customer service I’ve ever received at a dealership. DON’T waste your time and money going there! On 5/25/21 I called this dealer and scheduled an appointment for 5/29/21 with their serv a dealership. DON’T waste your time and money going there! On 5/25/21 I called this dealer and scheduled an appointment for 5/29/21 with their service department to have a recall fixed in my Honda CRV. Throughout the week, I received 3 courtesy reminders about my appointment. At that point I thought everything was going well. On 5/29/21, I showed up early for my appointment and service advisor GUSTAVO RAMIREZ said he didn’t know anything about my appointment. Apparently, it was impossible to make an appointment for a recall on a Saturday morning, yet the receptionist made the appointment for me without letting me know any of this. THEY MADE ME WASTE MY TIME which was so frustrating. They were not helpful at all when I tried to re-schedule my appointment even though it was their mistake. Their best offer was to leave my car at the dealer and come back in 4 days, which was ridiculous considering it was a simple recall and they didn’t even offer me a replacement vehicle or a shuttle service back to my house. They didn’t care about my time. Don’t waste your time going to this dealer, they are very rude. Completely terrible customer service! Do yourself a favor and find another dealer that really cares about their customer’s time and money. More

I was naive, new to the US and was purchasing my first car. I decided to buy a Honda Accord. This dealer used a xxxxty tactic against me that I fell for. They said I will get 1%APR if I bought the 10 year car. I decided to buy a Honda Accord. This dealer used a xxxxty tactic against me that I fell for. They said I will get 1%APR if I bought the 10 year long warranty otherwise its 4%. This was just to coerce me to buy the additional warranty (high margin profit for the dealer). I was qualifying for the 1% APR to begin with. The person who handled my case was Jeff Berlan. Very poor experience, would not recommend. More
Typical piece of xxxx dealership. Bought a used car online. Told me they would deliver it to my home the next day. Total xxxxxxxx. They couldn’t sell the car because it had a recall.
