Slimy Liars Stereotypical slimy car dealership. Agreed to a leasing price after three hours and put money down to pick up the car the next day. We arrived to pick Stereotypical slimy car dealership. Agreed to a leasing price after three hours and put money down to pick up the car the next day. We arrived to pick up the car and were told the lease couldn’t be done because we were out of state, yet were informed that instead we could buy the car of course. We wasted hours here and management never even came out themselves to apologize for backing out of the inital deal we agreed on. This is a very poorly managed business. More

Don’t honor their word After exchanging several emails & texts with the salesman, we agreed on a price for the Honda Odyssey Elite. We arrived at the dealership to fill out After exchanging several emails & texts with the salesman, we agreed on a price for the Honda Odyssey Elite. We arrived at the dealership to fill out the paperwork to purchase the car & luckily my husband noticed before we got too far into the process that they had the wrong vehicle, a Honda Odyssey Touring. When the mistake was pointed out they refused to honor the price we had agreed on even though it was abundantly clear in the emails that were exchanged that we were talking about the Elite. The manager didn’t even show his face to apologize or offer any kind of consolation. More

Today was my 1st payment and today my car transmission stopped workin bought my 2017 Honda Accord exactly 46 days ago with only 6 miles out the door. Today was my 1st payment and today my car transmission stopped working. I took it to the dealer and was told the car is under warranty. I already know that and was told the transmission would be replaced. They give me a loaner for the mean time. I am furious about this. They sold me a piece of crap car. I do not want the same car. What else could possibly go wrong with this car and I still have 5 more years to go. They wanted a down payment for another car. xxx is that! They should have worked with me and do all the paperwork necessary to give me another car. This is such an inconvenience. I am so upset no one did anything to help me with this. I will never refer anyone here and to top it off the receptionist doesn't know what is customer service either. No greetings, no smile. It's like she's only there cause she needs a paycheck. Mr. McCook was my sales man. He was very pleasant. This man knows what is customer service. The best sales man they have. I give him the 5 starts. But because of the car that was sold to me If I could give them 0 stars I would. This review is not about the sales person. It's about the car that was sold to me. More

Not only are the cars I have purchased exactly what I wanted, but Nelson goes over and beyond what is necessary in order to make me happy with the vehicle, spending time explaining the various perks and special features. I left the detailed message for him. I will add my review once it's taken care either way. I know Jeff was able to make a changes but he didn't. Very heartless don't care once the deal is up.
