Every time we take the car in for a check engine light that comes on when we drive long distances, they find something different to repair. This is the first review I have posted and it is because I am killing time. I am sitting in a Honda dealership in another state while on vacation because the check engine light came on again and I don't want to risk being stranded on the side of the ride miles away from home. Oh, and I just had the Odyssey in the shop at Coggin twice within the last 3 months and had 2 things replaced and had the full diagnostics and was assured I would not have any more problems. I will probably not buy another Honda ( have historically been a Toyota family and very happy) and probably will not go back to Coggin. More

Not only we drove home the same day the car that we wanted but they did the extra mile and we were very lucky to get a deal that was alot better than expected. We visited 2 different dealers and one if them we got refused and the other one was an amount that was far from our budget. We will recommend this dealer to anyone 100 per cent. Thanks guys for your professionalism. More

And now they are telling me, I have to pay for their mistake. What kind of crap is that? I'm so disgusted! I WILL NEVER buy a Honda again because every dealership in Orlando SUCKS!!!! More
Inaccurate Information My husband and I are shopping for a vehicle (used) but due to job loss our credit took a nosedive. My husband explained our situation to Dane and someone from finance and stated that we did not want to waste anyone's time if we could not get financed. Gave our credit scores that were just pulled from a credit union and they replied "No problem we finance people with lower scores than yours". My husband took the afternoon off from work and I turned down overtime at my job to go up to the dealership. We were there less than 20 minutes when we were advised by Dane that we would need another 2,000-3,000 more dollars as a down payment IF they could finance us. So they wasted our time AND cost us an afternoon of pay. Definitely will not buy another vehicle here (we have purchased here previously). More
Went for recall service - came out with nothing I received a letter in the mail indicating a recall on my passenger side air bag. My fiancé set up the appointment with the Coggin to get it serviced today. Days before this, I was telling my friends that had Hondas, to be sure to get checked and I told them I would be going to the Coggin on OBT. Not one good experience was mentioned but I still decided to go. Not only was it close to home but things happen, I felt like my experience wouldn't be bad even though several people have told me nothing good. The appointment was set up for 9:20am. My fiancé misses work to avoid me having to miss work and takes the car to get servicing. He spoke with Fernando Muniz who told him this process could take up to 3 hours. 2:30 comes around, no call. Nothing. So he calls to get an update. No answer. He shows up around 3,and they tell him they couldn't find any paperwork on this appointment, that they NEVER GOT A PHONE CALL- so appartantly we just made up the appointment time- and to top it off the service rep by the name of Fernando Muniz was no where to be found. so he waits to just get the car back for someone to then tell him, they received the wrong part? So basically just a xxxx ton of xx. It's inconvenient first off to have to fit in an unexpected issue with your car, no communication, time wasted and time loss for missing work, then to have it seem as if you weren't even a factor to this location after setting up an appointment? In fact, if my fiancé would have never shown up, how far along would they have noticed my vehicle sitting in their lot? It's inconsiderate, extremely unprofessional and frustrating. Thank you for absolutely nothing. Literally. More
Car Damaged I took my car to Coggin Honda to check it out a damaged in my car. I asked them if was them who did that damaged, because I have had a repair thru my insurance using their service. Since the damaged was not noticeable but bother me when I saw it I took there. An employee looked at my car and said that the damage probably was caused by somebody trying the color paint...I was like ok??? So he took the car inside and had some water pressure or a special product that the paint start to peel off. Making the story short, literally they damaged my car horrible and right there they start to chance the situation saying that the old damaged was not caused by them and they will not going to fix. So if the damage was not caused by you, why you took my car inside to try to fix it? Now my car is damaged and they really don't care... DO NOT use their service... I do not recommend... Claudio T. I am trying to contact the dealer and unfortunately no success... More
Horrible Experience I negotiated a deal for a 2017 CRV EX-L or at least I thought so. I even have the vehicle specifics in writing with a price. When I arrived at the dealer they showed me a different car. They said they did not have the vehicle promised only 14 hours before. I was then told they could get the car but they handed me a price sheet that was $3,000 hire than what they promised in an email with great specificity. Bottom line is I was lied to over and over again. They try to wear you down so you will give up. I would encourage everyone to stay away from Coggin. More

Screwed Went in and test drove a car. We were in the process of being approved and someone comes in and offers more money and we are told to take a hike. Sat Went in and test drove a car. Great experience After going to a dealer nearby and feeling ambushed I went across the road to coggins. I walked up to a group of gentlemen who were very nice and Mr Aneury Santos gently shaked my hand. I sat down with him told him what I was looking for and he delivered. Mr Santos was patient, understanding and did not pressure me to make a quick purchase. I will recommend Mr Santos for his demeanor, patience and understanding of customers needs. More
