When it was yesterday, I decided to go to Coggin to buy my new car. I was very doubtful about which car I would choose, and Marcial helped me a lot in that decision. I decided on a Honda Accord Hybrid, with the patient and super-attentive help from Martial. Thank you Marcial and from now on I will always look for you and indicate my friends to buy with you. More

I waited over 4 hours, i bought my car at coggin honda on 2015 and was offer free wiper blades for life,,on sept 3 i requested for it and (JIM) service manager told me simple NOT can do, he said that promotion is no longer in place,,, i have no business on it, but i feel if i have the offer for life i should get them.. i call service director(Jeff) and email him also...i also call mr jerry lovins and left him a voice mail...NO ONE CARES, NO ONE CALL ME BACK.....worst customer service and worst service manager ( JIM } More

He had a great knowledge of our new 2016 Honda Odyssey, and went to great lengths getting exactly what we desired,some two hours plus drive. I highly recommend Sofiane Hamissa for anyone looking for new Honda vehicles.He is extremely passionate, and really cares about excellent customer service. He is the reason for my 5 star rating! Not sure what he makes,but he's deserving of that and way more! More

Don't ever go there unless you want to wait at least 2.0-3.0 hours just for something as simple as oil change, It is the worst customer service ever. Don't ever go there unless you want to wait at least 2.0-3.0 hours just for something as simple as oil change, even with scheduled appointment.They wouldn't even wash it (it's included) and if you ask for it they'll tell you would take another hour. The manager was useless, so don't bother or don't expect to help you. This wasn't my first bad experience with this dealer, initially thought was due to not pr- scheduling appointment but was wrong. I hope it was my last. Go to a different dealership if you want better and faster service. More
Dishonest people; bait and switch, terrible service Found 2013 2WD LX Pilot w/ 46k miles online through USAA at $20,991 (mid-range price according to KBB). We liked the Pilot but I wanted a full utility Found 2013 2WD LX Pilot w/ 46k miles online through USAA at $20,991 (mid-range price according to KBB). We liked the Pilot but I wanted a full utility vehicle to drive off the lot with (towing capable and roof rails). I called and put down a deposit to save the car till my wife and I could go see it - talked with Antonio Natera, an then emailed latter saying I really wanted this car tow ready with rails and didn't want to haggle the price so I would take it at listed price. Over the phone Antonio stated "yeah we can do that" to installing a transmission cooler (search estore honda and the Trailer Hitch ATF Cooler Kit [2WD Trim Only] and it's clearly matched with the model and trim of this car) and tow harness, but just give me the Tow hitch kit and rails as parts since the labor fees would make this unreasonable. I asked for these parts only after researching prices on the Honda estore website where these totaled $900. Antonio looked up the prices (parts & labor) through his book and we worked out a solution where some parts would be installed others just provided as parts. Antonio then called later saying "we don't have any of the tow parts in stock, but we can work out a price reduction to make it work - we want your business and will do whatever to make it work." I was agreeable and drove to the dealership with my wife (4 hours). Upon arriving at the dealership we met Antonio and his manager, Arthur Glass. We test drove and enjoyed the car. We came pre-approved by USAA and were ready to buy at listed price with the tow package and rails (again, Honda site listed $900 value). Arthur proceeded to state that Antonio did not have the authority to make that deal and would not offer that as the car was "priced to sell, etc..." We went back and forth for hours on what Antonio agreed to and what I was expecting to drive off the lot with, and how they would only offer $300 off the price without anything else included. Arthur then took the car to the Service Center where he states they read the VIN and stated that this car cannot be installed with a transmission cooler (see link above as Honda site clearly lists this part for the vehicle I am trying to buy). They couldn't provide an explanation in how it can't be installed, and they didn't even know the Pilot came standard with a hitch receiver under the back bumper - they were shown that it already had one. Combining the fact they only offered $250 for my trade-in and would not budge on their offer, we balked and decided to leave to test drive another car. After asking for my deposit back, they stalled and then came back with another offer - they found out this car can be fitted with the requested Transmission Cooler (I'm inclined to believe they lied the whole time since they said this install would cost $1100) and would install the whole tow package for only $300 additional to the listed price. We thanked them but still requested the deposit back so we can see the other car. While the transaction was taking place the Used Car Sales Manager offered the whole tow package without additional charge (the original agreement by Antonio still without roof rails). I again thanked them but said, "I gave my word to another GM that I would see his car, I will honor that word, but keep this offer in mind." We left. The Lord blessed us with a much better car,: 2015, less miles, higher package, leather seats, $1k for my trade-in, and a check to install tow equipment - all for $1k more than this Pilot. If you want real service and honorable people, go to Audi of North Orlando with Shaun Laird as GM - class acts all around - if you asked for the shirt off their back I bet they'd be inclined to give it. More

They made a mistake and asked me to resign a contract without notifying me of the changes made to the contract until my husband caught it. Then when I finally sold my leased cars off, I requested reimbursement for the service contracts I foolishly purchased from them. No one from finance ever picks up the phone or respond to messages. I finally had to take a day off from Tampa and drive in. I had a nice fella work with me and took my paperwork. He also kindly invited me to call him again anytime I was in town and gave me his personal contact information. I was asked to wait at least 6- 8 weeks for my check. It's now been over 8 weeks and back to no one answering the phone. Finally I pleaded my case to the operator who had the sense to put me directly through to accounting. Finally someone on the phone! After explaining my case, accounting looked for my name and as it turns out no paperwork had been submitted at all. So tonight I write this review and resubmit all the paperwork again. Ugh! More
