I went to do an oil change and the service advisor Jonathan did not take a coupon of $34.95 for a full synthetic oil change because it was expired. Previously, another advisor did take the coupon. I showed him another coupon for $54.95 (fall essentials bundle) to do a full synthetic oil change and tire rotation. I don’t understand why the final price was $64.09. When i asked, the advisor said that it was the taxes. I had been coming to Coggin Honda for years and i had never experienced this before. I feel that i was not treated fairly. More
