Airbag recall I contacted Coggin's on the 29th of Sep 2016 about the recall on my Honda Ridgeline. Drivers side airbag and the recall states it could cause death I contacted Coggin's on the 29th of Sep 2016 about the recall on my Honda Ridgeline. Drivers side airbag and the recall states it could cause death or injury. They didn't have the part, but would order it and let me know when to bring my truck in. I contacted numerous times for a follow-up. They weren't able to give me any information, each time I had to go through giving my name, number, vin etc.. and someone would call me back. No one ever called. On the 1st of Dec 2016 I went as far as to leave a message on the service managers voice mail, still no call back! I'm in the military and my home is in Tallahassee. Since I was going home for Christmas, I took a chance and contacted Proctor Honda of Tallahassee. They will fix it on the 27th while I'm home! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH COGGIN HONDA OF ORLANDO More

Don't ever go there unless you want to wait at least 2.0-3.0 hours just for something as simple as oil change, It is the worst customer service ever. Don't ever go there unless you want to wait at least 2.0-3.0 hours just for something as simple as oil change, even with scheduled appointment.They wouldn't even wash it (it's included) and if you ask for it they'll tell you would take another hour. The manager was useless, so don't bother or don't expect to help you. This wasn't my first bad experience with this dealer, initially thought was due to not pr- scheduling appointment but was wrong. I hope it was my last. Go to a different dealership if you want better and faster service. More
