Car service dishonorable and mgt is rude! Supervisors do not listen to customer claim regarding air conditioning warranty extention issue. The issue is; The ten year extention for the A Supervisors do not listen to customer claim regarding air conditioning warranty extention issue. The issue is; The ten year extention for the A/C condenser had expired but the service advisor did not ascertain to check the same until after technician advised her of the condenser leak which necesitates replacement of the same .My claim is that the service advisor should have checked the warranty letter and would have told me so that I did not incur the cost of the technician unnecessarily diagnosed the a/c system. Do you agree this is an unfair practice? More

I am from Boston, Orlando is a whole different story. Car dealers here do NOT understand customer service.
