"Honda Pilot 2013 service"

We had been to 3 other dealerships in WA State and they told us that there was nothing wrong, but we still had the same problems. When we moved to FL we went back to Coggin as we had very good service and they fixed the problem. Had it 3 days, loaner car, and very prefessional. Great job. We highly recommend Coggin dealership.

"Civic 4/5/18 Service "

I brought my Honda in for service a little later than I originally intended. I knew that the dealer would be busy. Derrick Gipson greeted me with a smile. I told him that my dashboard indicated that I needed service B123. He said that was transmission fluid service. I only bought my car in for an oil change. He then offered to just do a total check of my car and advice me about the service needed. I had the Fuel System Cleaning Service and the Engine Coolant Fluid Exchange Service. Plus my oil change and tires rotated. I was very impressed with my service. The cell contacts allowed me to roam the service center without having to wonder if Derrick would be able to find me for any questions. I was finished in less than 2 hours. Thank you so much. Your service is why I’ve been a customer since 1999. Derrick Gipson has only been there for a year but he is a quality addition.

Driving an Acura I have been to the Acura dealership down the road and you just feel pressured. They try to add on all these extra services for excessive amounts of money. After that I have been coming to the Coggin Honda Orlando. The place is nice, clean and the staff is very friendly. I always choose Matthew Mendez as my service advisor and he provides nothing but the best service. Strongly recommend this dealer and service advisor.

"Bought honda odyssey there that has been a lemon and service"

We bought a honda odyssey in 2012 that has been problematic. The aggravation, though, has been more from the service support. Every time we take the car in for a check engine light that comes on when we drive long distances, they find something different to repair. This is the first review I have posted and it is because I am killing time. I am sitting in a Honda dealership in another state while on vacation because the check engine light came on again and I don't want to risk being stranded on the side of the ride miles away from home. Oh, and I just had the Odyssey in the shop at Coggin twice within the last 3 months and had 2 things replaced and had the full diagnostics and was assured I would not have any more problems. I will probably not buy another Honda ( have historically been a Toyota family and very happy) and probably will not go back to Coggin.

We were just checking in tradeing our car but not sure if it was possible since we owed so much in our trade but the salesman JJ EL Hallabi explained to us that he was going to do what ever it takes to help us and the desk manager Mike Suleiman. Not only we drove home the same day the car that we wanted but they did the extra mile and we were very lucky to get a deal that was alot better than expected. We visited 2 different dealers and one if them we got refused and the other one was an amount that was far from our budget. We will recommend this dealer to anyone 100 per cent. "Car Damage"

I brought my car in for a recall on my airs bags (both sides) When I came home and realized they CRACKED my dashboard. I've been dealing with this for a week now. And now they are telling me, I have to pay for their mistake. What kind of crap is that? I'm so disgusted! I WILL NEVER buy a Honda again because every dealership in Orlando SUCKS!!!!

"Went for recall service - came out with nothing "

I received a letter in the mail indicating a recall on my passenger side air bag. My fiancé set up the appointment with the Coggin to get it serviced today. Days before this, I was telling my friends that had Hondas, to be sure to get checked and I told them I would be going to the Coggin on OBT. Not one good experience was mentioned but I still decided to go. Not only was it close to home but things happen, I felt like my experience wouldn't be bad even though several people have told me nothing good. The appointment was set up for 9:20am. My fiancé misses work to avoid me having to miss work and takes the car to get servicing. He spoke with Fernando Muniz who told him this process could take up to 3 hours. 2:30 comes around, no call. Nothing. So he calls to get an update. No answer. He shows up around 3,and they tell him they couldn't find any paperwork on this appointment, that they NEVER GOT A PHONE CALL- so appartantly we just made up the appointment time- and to top it off the service rep by the name of Fernando Muniz was no where to be found. so he waits to just get the car back for someone to then tell him, they received the wrong part? So basically just a xxxx ton of BS. It's inconvenient first off to have to fit in an unexpected issue with your car, no communication, time wasted and time loss for missing work, then to have it seem as if you weren't even a factor to this location after setting up an appointment? In fact, if my fiancé would have never shown up, how far along would they have noticed my vehicle sitting in their lot? It's inconsiderate, extremely unprofessional and frustrating. Thank you for absolutely nothing. Literally.
