Worst experience ever! Brought our perfectly running Honda accord in for a recall item. Trusting that they are a Honda dealership and work on Hondas all day long, who better than to work on our Honda. Worst mistake ever!!! After recall, car started to fail. Had to be brought back 4 times for a whole list of things that “needed” to be done supposedly. Yet everytime we left, the car failed within days over and over. So then they charged us for more stuff. Needless to say, over 6k spent on repairs bc we allowed their mechanics to do a recall on our perfectly working vehicle. Oil spilled all over our driveway that we can’t get off over their faulty repair. Car given back to us on empty when it was brought in on full. We have no clue what they did under that hood of our car but now we don’t trust the vehicle at this point. Supposed to be master mechanics but we definitely beg to differ. This type of service is unforgivable and I would recommend you to not let their service department touch your vehicle. Service manager and general manager both involved and didn’t offer us a dime of our money back. I believe my husband got some oil changes but realistically, who is ever going to take their vehicle back there after being treated that way? Your mechanics did something under the hood of my vehicle while doing a recall or recommend service that we paid for, yet we had to come out of pocket another 4k dollars to fix the problem that their staff created. Something is definitely wrong here and you should take your vehicle elsewhere. Management has no clue at this dealership how to make things right with negligence on their part. More

The sales guy was great explaining everything about the different models of cars and making us feel comfortable with our choice. The finance person was very friendly and helpful. It took a long time to do different models of cars and making us feel comfortable with our choice. The finance person was very friendly and helpful.
