The problem was a defective battery that had an issue that was undetectable at the first incident but obvious this time. I’m much more confident driving out of town now. I do wish there was a courtesy wash after service. I’m a former Honda customer who bought a Subaru but am now back to Honda. I’ve always felt the Honda service was the best! Thank you!
