Great Experience from start to Finish We went in on a Saturday morning with our 8 year old daughter, my husband spoke to Robert on the phone the night before so he knew he wanted to work w We went in on a Saturday morning with our 8 year old daughter, my husband spoke to Robert on the phone the night before so he knew he wanted to work with him. When we got there and explained what we wanted he took us right to the vehicles that checked the boxes, no wasting time. We narrowed it down to 2, test drove them both and made our choice, we had a good idea of what we wanted, we didn't even go to another dealership. Robert was very professional from the start, the whole process only took a couple of hours and we were off in our new car. We had to stop back in on Monday to sign something, my daughter was presented with 2 cupcakes and he took my car across the street to put some gas in it, awesome service everyone was so kind.
