I would drive 900 miles again to experience this kind of professionalism and recommend anyone else considering buying a quality vehicle to do the same. Pleasant experience did not end on sales floor but continued thru the paperwork process with Patrick the business manager who was awesome and without parallel in my over 45 years of buying vehicles. All dealerships have mission statements pledgeing the customer all that integrity dictates that it should be anyway.It was nice to see one dealership that actually puts into practice their pledge to the public. In all my years of buying & leasing cars I've never had such a positive, respectful and professional experience. It truly was superlative from beginning to end, from seemingly insignificant innuendos to the larger tasks of the complete process. We were very happy with the process at this dealership of leasing a new vehicle. The salesman was very professional, knew his product, and quite personable. We explained that we were looking at other vehicles/dealerships for a car and that, if we found something else that we liked better, we would let them know; otherwise, we would return to their dealership. They "hated" to let us out the door without buying, but being senior citizens and having been "around the block" a few times, I believe they knew we meant what we said. When we returned, we again did a test drive, just to remind ourselves of the "feel" of the vehicle. There was no high pressure from anyone; just friendliness and courtesy. Indeed, we would recommend friends and family to this dealership in the future. More

I went to Honda of Daytona for the last recall and was not impressed. when I was looking at the cars waiting for a sales rep to approach me none did so I left after my car was done. I decided to go to Coggins in St. Augustine actually for convenience since I live in Palm Coast closer to this dealership. When I went inside to give my information to the service person I went looking at the cars. The receptionist asked me if I needed any help I told her I was just looking then Jimmy came by we started talking about the CRV.. It felt to big for me cause I am short so I suggested the Fit, I have always liked them. We looked at the Fit and I took it for a test drive and loved it. The only problem I had was that they didn't have the dark grey one that I really liked. They had the dark grey but it was the sports car. They had a little trouble finding a bank that would loan me the money at a decent rate and payments that I was comfortable with but they said if I made 12 consecutive on time payments to call them back and they would get a better deal at a better rate so I look forward to that. I also got two free oil changes, that was nice. Thanks guys. More

We were linked to this dealership from Autotraders.com, in our search for a low mileage, excellent condition, used Honda Pilot. Promptly after an inquiry as to whether the vehicle was still available, we received a very friendly and enthusiastic response from Rich. First impression went a long ways! Right away, we could tell this was someone whom we felt comfortable dealing with, and could talk with "straight up", as we live 5 hours away and had no desire to waste time on "wheeling and dealing.". The Car Fax and full details of the vehicle were accurately and thoroughly displayed on the dealership's website. Upon arrival, we were welcomed by a friendly and professional staff. Since we were far from home, we had to bring our small pet. They even allowed him inside and made him feel right at home too!! We are extremely satisfied with every phase of the purchasing process. The Business Manager, Darrel Bowens was professional, thorough and honest in his explanation and coverage of the warranty options. His friendliness and non-pushy approach is much appreciated after making a major purchase decision.
