I did not appreciate being passed off to another salesperson and low-balled on the value of my vehicle. I consider that bad business and feel insulted as a possible customer of the Coggins Honda salesperson and low-balled on the value of my vehicle. I would have definitely appreciated the original person that I had spoken with continuing communication with me. Simply because I had already explained the predicament I was in and should have at least been shown respect and explained to that the numbers just did not match up for you. I would have easily understood that this was just not feasible or profitable enough for you and/or the dealership. More

My original intention for the visit was to review the 2011 Honda Insight. There was only one on the lot and was not in the colour of my liking. The head of sales suggested that he could get one for me on 2011 Honda Insight. There was only one on the lot and was not in the colour of my liking. The head of sales suggested that he could get one for me on Monday (two days later). As I was about to walk away Mr. Hartmann, who had overheard the conversation, suggested that I look at the 2010 Honda Insight which was in the process of being traded in. As you know, the end result was my purchase of said car. This, to me, showed signs of a top notch salesman who was aware of everything that was happening at his dealership as well as his own personal undertakings.
