My experience with Coggin Honda in St. Augustine was a great experience. I have dealt with car salesmen in the past that made me dread looking for a car. This was my first time at Coggin Honda at St. Augustine and it was really a pleasure and enjoyment checking out the cars. Jimmy Cowley was very knowledgeable on the cars and it was such a pleasure having him work with me. I bought a Civic EX and before I drove it off the lot, Jimmy had made sure I knew all about my new car. So many new features on the car and Jimmy was very thorough on making sure I knew what they were.I would highly recommend Jimmy to my family and friends and I will certainly be back the next time I'm ready to buy another car, and of course it will have to be Jimmy to help me. Patrick, the business manager was also such a great help on helping me understand all the paper work involved. It was such a pleasure working with him and again by the time I signed everything, I knew what all was involved. My wife and I bought a 2004 Corolla from Coggin and they had done an excellent job polishing up the car and making it look amazing. What they didn't tell us what that there were major leaking problems, wat had done an excellent job polishing up the car and making it look amazing. What they didn't tell us what that there were major leaking problems, water damage under some of the floors and framework, a very old/worn belt, major filter damage, neglected radiator service, and faulty electronics. They should be ashamed of their dishonesty. I am a US Marine and if I did business the way they did with me, this country would be ashamed of me. I would recommend that nobody do business with this dealership. I am looking to sell the car and I refuse to be as dishonest as they were with me and thus I am having to pay over $1000 dollars to make sure I don't try to scam some poor customer into buying a lemon. More

Drove over 900 miles round trip to purchase vehicle,relying heavily on a trust factor that vehicle we viewed on website was as it was presented. The salesperson Stephen Stewart was knowledgeable,forthright,respectful and sincere. Their was no push, no lies ,no fancy footwork and no rush to get to the next deal. I would drive 900 miles again to experience this kind of professionalism and recommend anyone else considering buying a quality vehicle to do the same. Pleasant experience did not end on sales floor but continued thru the paperwork process with Patrick the business manager who was awesome and without parallel in my over 45 years of buying vehicles. All dealerships have mission statements pledgeing the customer all that integrity dictates that it should be anyway.It was nice to see one dealership that actually puts into practice their pledge to the public.
