This is the second time we've leased a Honda as well as the second time dealing with Bob Houssami. Throughout our first lease, all of our maintenance was performed at Coggins of St. Augustine. The department members were always courteous, and our car was returned to us as clean as when we brought it in. Because of the positive experience we had with Bob procuring our first lease as well as with the service department is why we returned. Also, over the past year my husband has done much research re automobiles; their offerings/pricing. He always arrives at the same conclusion--no other auto gives one so much for his money as Honda! Sometimes what we do go unnoticed. Such is not the case in dealing with Bob Houssami. Our second lease experience was as great as the first. Again, Bob was very cordial. He can't do enough to be sure you are happy. For this he should be congratulated. Coggins Honda of St. Augustine is indeed fortunate to have Bob in its employ. Re financing we dealt with Bill Rambow for the first time. We found him also to be friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable. He handled all paperwork in a very expeditious manner.
