I had a 9am appointment for an oil change and to review my recalls. Car was to be ready at 11:30. Checked at 11:20 and had not taken my car in for service not received any communication they were delayed my recalls. Car was to be ready at 11:30. This was a really great experience,, Daniel martin the service advisor for me, did an excellent job of orchestrating the whole experience for me. I'm definitely going back.
