Jeff and Ashley were very helpful as Sales Reps. My issue is with Management. I bought a used Mazda MX-5 with keyless entry and start. After the sale and when I was getting ready to leave, I was handed one k is with Management. I bought a used Mazda MX-5 with keyless entry and start. After the sale and when I was getting ready to leave, I was handed one key. I asked where the other key was and they said they only had one...and my the way, it doesn't work. Probably needs a battery. After taking it to the Mazda dealer for a new battery, I was told that it wasn't a battery and I need two keys to program the system. Cost $316. The car was under warrantee otherwise it would have cost $1500. Lost keys are not under warrantee. I contacted Coggin in hopes to get re-imbursed with no luck. Apparently once you sign the papers, it's your problem. More

I contacted Mark Narace via email once. He responded within 15 min with a quote I could not refuse. I visited the dealership within the hour and he remembered the email I sent and my vehicle request. He showed me a similar vehicle so I can could determine if I wanted to get the car requisted. At NO point was I pressured to buy a different car. He was extremely friendly and treated me as if I had millions even though I am a college student and appeared as one. Dealership has a kiddie room where my nephew played video games and Mark gave me a car to use while they were finishing up the paper work. The finance department was straight forward and didnt pressure me if I wanted all the options such as lowjack, tire protection, maintance, etc. I replied no and he left it at that. Great dealership and I WILL purchase another vehicle there. More

My experience with everyone at every level at Honda of St. Augustine was extraordinary. My wife told me what kind of vehicle she wanted ahead of time, and I was prepared with some stats and numbers. I worked through the sales rep, Tom Bomar, and Jeff (the finance person) directly, and they were polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and straight forward. I was not afraid to ask tough questions, about the vehicle, the financing, the industry and their dealership. I was not rushed or pressured. Everyone else in the dealership was polite and friendly, from the detailers, to the other sales people, and the greeters. The sales reps and staff of Honda of St. Augustine went out of their way to get the vehicle ready for me the sale day and even drove the new vehicle home for me as I did not anticipate to be able to make the purchase and drive home the same day. Without hesitation, and even to my trying to dissuade them from extending themselves, they drove me home late on Saturday night, certainly after closing time. I did not tell them that I run my own Sales and Marketing company, nor did I tell them that this story will be told to tens of thousands of others through my training seminars and conference calls. I would use my experience with Tom and the entire staff at Honda of St. Augustine as a model to use in any business. Bottom line: They were great. We love the vehicle, and I really feel great about the purchase. If I write anything more, you might think they paid me to write this. I took the extra effort to write this, because they earned it. They will be my first stop for my next purchase. More

I was impressed with their professionalism from their first response to the moment we drove off the lot with our new Honda. The General sales manager, Mr. Gilmore even thought enough to contact us not only before we purchased but more important to us, after the purchase to ensure we were completely satisfied with Coggin St. Augustines overall service to us as customers. The dealership building and overall property was immaculate,and we received the courtesy of friendly faces, greetings and smiles from all their employees as we conducted our business.I consider myself a stern grader as a 30 year military veteran and would definitely give this Honda Dealership, especially to Mr. Mark Narance, an Outstanding overall rating and highly recommended.
