Drove over 900 miles round trip to purchase vehicle,relying heavily on a trust factor that vehicle we viewed on website was as it was presented. We were very happy with the process at this dealership of leasing a new vehicle. The salesman was very professional, knew his product, and quite personable. We explained that we were looking at other vehicles/dealerships for a car and that, if we found something else that we liked better, we would let them know; otherwise, we would return to their dealership. They "hated" to let us out the door without buying, but being senior citizens and having been "around the block" a few times, I believe they knew we meant what we said. When we returned, we again did a test drive, just to remind ourselves of the "feel" of the vehicle. There was no high pressure from anyone; just friendliness and courtesy.
