I worked directly with two individuals during the purchase of my 2026 CRV, one in sales, J.C. Caroul and one in finance, Josh Zuckerman. Both were extremely professional, knowledgeable, helpful, hone purchase of my 2026 CRV, one in sales, J.C. Caroul and one in finance, Josh Zuckerman. Both were extremely professional, knowledgeable, helpful, honest and fair. Neither one placed the least bit of pressure on me to buy anything. They did make suggestions but never went beyond that. I highly recommend this dealership and in particular these two professionals if you’re thinking about buying a Honda in Northeast Florida. More
My 19 year old went to this dealership 12/23/25 with hopes of purchasing her first vehicle on her own. She spent hours with her sales person Hannah, who really made her feel like she understood her situ hopes of purchasing her first vehicle on her own. She spent hours with her sales person Hannah, who really made her feel like she understood her situation. I went with my daughter for support and to ensure the process went well. My daughter picked a Honda accord and we started the financing process. While financing was working to secure her loan, Augustine from Finance came to let my daughter know she must secure insurance for this vehicle before loan can be processed. I specifically questioned this part as in past noted while buying vehicles that there is typically a 7-30 day grace period on new cars when already insured. My daughter was told that this wouldn’t work and Augustine turned the computer towards my daughter and told her to call the number on the screen for GEICO Insurance. My daughter did as instructed and provided personal information to what turned out to be a scam. I immediately informed the finance manager and sales lady that they provided a number to a scam and that my 19 year olds information was now compromised. We then shut down all her accounts to lock information from being stolen to which the dealership then asked how the deal would be processed with the account locked? We stopped everything and left the dealership. Hannah came out to talk with my daughter expressing her frustration. My daughter loan was approved and now she wouldn’t be getting a car due to deception on the dealership leading a 19 year old towards identity theft. Since this happened, my daughter has had to get all new accounts to secure her money and future. I have reached out to the dealership several times to speak with the general manager and have received no return calls. This dealership didn’t even have the respect to apologize for providing a 19 year old with fraudulent information. Not only has this experienced caused undue stress, it has prevented her from this process in the future. If you are young, I would really caution going to this dealership! More
