Our experience at Coggin Honda was 1st class; no time was wasted from walking in the doors to taking delivery. They will not own up their negligence! They put myself and whoever may have been with me at the time in danger every time they sent me away while my car was under warranty and there were o They put myself and whoever may have been with me at the time in danger every time they sent me away while my car was under warranty and there were obvious engine problems, misfires, codes. If you know you’re car is having major mechanical issues and they just tell you “according to Hondas standards nothing is wrong” or “we couldn’t duplicate the issues…” but you can obviously see the oil leak or hand them print outs of misfires or codes thrown…don’t give in ! Also, they will pass you around to 4 different service advisors, managers or assistant managers..GM?? Don’t expect them to look into your warranty work more than the book allows…bc they won’t…they will send you on your way in an unreliable and unsafe vehicle that they don’t want to lose money on. Their STEALERSHIP pocket is more of an agenda than ensuring quality customer service. Also, the GM sabotaged my chances to receive financial assistance for my engine replacement by going above my manufacturers appointed case manager and giving erroneous information to the manufacturers district field rep causing them to deny any and all assistance rendering me without a vehicle when I’m my 80 y/o grandmothers only person to rely on and call in an emergency!! My business also requires me to be mobile so yeah thanks Coggin Honda of st Augustine !! More
