Coggin Honda of St. Augustine

My new 2023 Odyssey ended up with a nail in the tire during our snowbird time in Saint Augustine. Panicking, I went to a tire store and they determined it was in the side of the tire and could not bepat during our snowbird time in Saint Augustine. Panicking, I went to a tire store and they determined it was in the side of the tire and could not bepatched. I gulped and arranged to come back for new tire and install for $320+. Went by Coggin's on the way home and turned around looking for a second opinion. Dorothy Heath came right out and agreed that it needed replacement...but thought they had the tire and could fit us in. She did so with a wonderfully agreeable style (she must have said "no worries" a dozen times).. In addition to the tire, she and her colleague found a way to give me my complimentary oil change and tire rotation. All done for much less than the tire store. Dorothy shared she has worked in the auto field for some time, but just started at Coggin. She has a servant's heart. They are lucky to have her! More
