It would be appreciative if I could bring my car in and have an oil change done without the carving out hostage for over two hours. I know that some of this time was due to the fact that one of the lifts u have an oil change done without the carving out hostage for over two hours. I know that some of this time was due to the fact that one of the lifts use mainly for oil changes was broken, however when the technician reached out to me personally via text to say that the car was almost done, I implicitly let her know that I was waiting at the doctors office for my husband to pick me up and I did not want her to do the inspection which my husband had previously told them and to let the car go. The crazy thing was after getting the report the totaled almost $10,000 worth of work for a car that’s 20 years old one of the needed Attention was the oil plug which they said was after factory and was seeping. It may be, but I’m a very logical person. Why did someone not go out to my husband and say this is what we found do you want ys to replace it? Why wait until after you’ve had the car on the lift completed the oil change and the Inspection to have that addressed ridiculous!!!!! I have to be desperate to bring the car back for an oil change at the dealership More
