Deceitful communication and sales tactics facilitated by finance officers. As we went through negotiations they injected warranty costs without our knowledge leading us to believe that the additional cost f finance officers. As we went through negotiations they injected warranty costs without our knowledge leading us to believe that the additional cost from warranties and services were nearly non-existent. Thankfully extended warranties are cancelable and fully refundable in a certain timeframe after purchase. However, The financial officers continue to show their foul character by lying and being deceitful about the cancellation process. They agreed that they would send the information in to cancel in a couple of weeks. After nearly a month I went around the dealership by calling the warranty provider to find out that they never sent any documents for my cancelation request. Additionally, the warranty provider indicated that if the dealership sent the documents they would have been processed immediately. I am sick and tired of the deceit around car sales and I can only hope to build awareness of the deceit that my wife and I experienced through Coggin Honda of St. Augustine. More
