Part of the time was us checking the car and doing a test drive, so I can't fault for that. But we got there at 5:30 and left at almost 10. However that being said, I would still go there again . I HIGHLY recommend James Foreman. I tried to deal with several dealerships all over the state and all they did was lead us on and play games. James was the opposite of that in the best way ever! He made sure that we were happy every step of the way. He did not play games sent us videos and a ton of pics and helps out our third party inspection service. If they could streamline the purchasing part of it, it would have been perfect. Honestly I would completely recommend them. Everyone we met was great to deal with and very helpful. Augustine the sales manager, BJ the finance manager, and of course James Foreman our salesman. Next time we are in the market for a car, despite the travel time, we will absolutely go back to Coggin. Our experience started with our vehicle breaking down and we brought it in at closing time for the service department. We were met by Andrew, who got us checked in and secured a loaner vehicle. He put a positive spin on a very difficult time for us. The following day we got a late call, from Andrew, that our vehicle hadn’t been serviced yet due to a heavy work load ahead of us. On the following day we were contacted by Chhivon who was filling in for Andrew. Chhivon had to break bad news to us regarding what repairs our vehicle needed and what it would cost. After giving a detailed explanation and our options, we decided our best option was to purchase a Certified pre owned vehicle. At this point we were contacted by Sales associate Neo regarding a vehicle that we had in mind. We advised Neo we would be arriving at 6:00 pm on Friday evening. Upon arrival we met Neo and he was very polite and took us to the vehicle for a test drive. We were satisfied with the vehicle and decided to move forward with purchasing. Neo made the experience very easy and pleasant despite both of us being tired and stressed out regarding the situation. When the initial paperwork was completed, after closing by now, Neo was there to hand off the keys to our newer vehicle. Neo also went above and beyond by getting us access to our trade in vehicle, so we could remove several items that were still inside. This saved us from having to return the following day to retrieve our items. Josh, in Finance, was so friendly and knowledgeable while also expeditious during the financing stage We are extremely happy with our purchase and the level of service we received from the entire staff at Coggin Honda.
