Horrible experience both times iv been and everyone I have talked to that has went here for service or to buy a car says they will not return either due to rude, careless employees and poor customer serv have talked to that has went here for service or to buy a car says they will not return either due to rude, careless employees and poor customer service. First time they blamed brake issues on living in a beach town when the car has never been on a beach. All it takes is 5 minutes on Google to see all the civics had the issue. Salt water makes rust not grooved and warped rotors at 10k miles (wouldn't even replace them made me wait 2+ hours to resurface them). Second time they argued about a oil change regarding oil type and price, told me I only get what they want to put in it, and did nothing to fix the situation and no gm response either. Always try to get sold something new or up sold when I come here. I now drive 45 minutes away to a new honda dealer. I have had such bad experiences here I refuse to have any simple warranty work done here as well. More

We had spent a great deal of time looking for the exact used Pilot we wanted. When we saw it online at Coggin Honda of St. Augustine, we called immediately!
