My service manager was Chihivon Vey. I was very upset coming in and with in minutes he had me me under stand safe was his first concern. He made know that commitment that he didn't keep. Helped us out before a long trip up north. The day before we were leaving for Connecticut to spend Xmas with family our wipers stopped clearing the windshield. We stopped in at a very busy time The day before we were leaving for Connecticut to spend Xmas with family our wipers stopped clearing the windshield. We stopped in at a very busy time with a lines of cars waiting for service. Deborah Girdwood came to see what I needed and I told her my problem . She had someone from parts come out and install new wiper inserts on my 2018 CRV. As we filled out paperwork she wished us a safe trip and Merry Xmas.
