We have trusted this dealership for about twenty years, under 3 different owners, and bought three new cars from it. We would have given it a five star review until October, when we picked up a car we had under 3 different owners, and bought three new cars from it. We would have given it a five star review until October, when we picked up a car we had had towed there after a breakdown. Because of difficulty obtaining parts, the dealership kept the car six weeks. That was not its fault. My husband picked the car up, paid $1200 for the relatively minor work that was done with the assurance that this old car, with 185,000 miles on the odometer, would still be a good second car for quite a few more miles. After about 20 miles, the car overheated and began to smoke. The engine gasket was blown, and the dealership now said the car it had told us we should fix before was not worth the cost of the repair. We asked for a partial refund of the money we had just paid for the previous useless repairs, or for the dealership to buy the car for a price that would equal about half the repair cost. Both requests were refused. We couldn’t even get a callback as we tried to arrange for a pickup to donate the car to a charitable organization. We will never go back to this dealership, and we do not recommend it for service or purchases. More
