I was ready to walk out with my new 2013 Flex until they attempted to slip some additional fees on the cost. We had reached an agreed price and shook on it and they confirmed no additional charges this was attempted to slip some additional fees on the cost. We get back to sign the papers and they first messed up on the amount of my trade-in and the payoff. We spoke to them and they fixed it. We then advised there was another fee that was not disclosed during negotiations and upon trying to speak about it they refused to negotiate. This was the salesman’s error per the Manager Ronnie and yet they still would not negotiate. They strive themselves on having returning customers and yet they are not willing to fix a mistake that they made to make the sale. Well they lost our business and anyone I can inform. I do not mind paying the fee but it was not disclosed, it was the salesman’s error and as such should have be negotiated. Be aware when you go to by a vehicle from this dealership because what they agree on may not be what is reflected on the final paperwork!! More

Take your trade in by early, preferably the day before and get the trade in value established in writing. Tell them you will be back for the closing. Tell them at the final closing that you will not pay the documentation fee. Do this after you have the written prices for the car and your trade. Be prepared to walk out if they won't waive the fee. Our salesmen have always gone out of their way to make buying a car a memorable, easy experience. We have never really had to shop around, because they've consistently given us a great deal time and time again. I would absolutely recommend Cogswell Motors to all my friends and family. I would also suggest that you take your car in for regular maintenance in the service department. No one knows your vehicle better than the people that sell them. Also, I have spent a lot of time shopping online! Specifically Autotrader.com. A couple of times I have dealt the BDC. They have done an amazing job at pointing me to a sales person, and Keith Holbrook has been an amazing sales person. I appreciate all the work they have put into making my experience GREAT!! More
