Wife took in our 2017 minivan for a LOF and rotation. Rotations are N/C as we purchased tires there. I received a text stating the car had passed a 26 point inspection and was ready for pick up. Wife goe Rotations are N/C as we purchased tires there. I received a text stating the car had passed a 26 point inspection and was ready for pick up. Wife goes to counter to pay and is advised due to “swollen lug nuts”, the rotation was not done and would cost $320 and an additional appointment. She declined the offer and upon review of our notes at home, found the lug nuts had been replaced in Jan 2024 or two and a half yrs and 40000 miles prior. We are NOT happy. More

This is BY far the worst dealership to deal with. I buy a lot of cars every year BUT this dealership is a "FISHING EXPEDITION". I advised of all materials needed would be sent Wednesday 08/12/26. The I buy a lot of cars every year BUT this dealership is a "FISHING EXPEDITION". I advised of all materials needed would be sent Wednesday 08/12/26. They lured me in with great talk and wasted so much of my time. Pics and conversation and 6 hrs. later a smack in my face. Their USED Chrysler 300C was $50,000 "Of which I agreed on" BUT my trade (2008 BMW 135i Convertible) in was in exceptional condition of less than 23,000 miles on it. There are ONLY 2 other cars listed in the entire US with more miles selling at $25,000. Mine had updated maintenance and entire appointments for 2026 (TOO MUCH TO LIST). They offered $5,000. What a joke. Excellent condition is $6,200. They not ONLY lowballed the offer BUT today 08/14/26 (text was sent) to me saying if I had MORE questions about their 300C. They are joke. AVOID THEM. They will waste your time. More

From my the 2 different salesman to everyone in the service department, including cashier have been absolutely amazing. I’ve had to take my new vehicle in for some repairs, manufacturing issues and the service department, including cashier have been absolutely amazing. Bought a 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee brand new in April of 2020. Had the jeep back within 2 months for the auxiliary battery going bad. December 2021 back for the same issue. Now need auxiliary and main ba 2020. Had the jeep back within 2 months for the auxiliary battery going bad. December 2021 back for the same issue. Now need auxiliary and main battery. Twice in less than 2 years for the same issue on a BRAND NEW vehicle. Once again new batteries. No information on WHAT is causing the batteries to go bad. Now I need the 4th auxiliary battery and 3rd main battery and now it is not covered under warranty. First and last Chrysler I will purchase. Warranty is a JOKE. More
