The General Manger Erwin Kendrick and Service Manager Stephanie Leugers went above and beyond my expectations. On May 29, 2023, My 2022 Ford Shelby GT500 started smoking around 2:40 pm. I had my car towed to Cole Ford on May 30. On May 31, Cole Ford called and said they found the problem. It was the transmission oil cooler leaking. Erwin Kendrick and Stephanie Leugers also help facilitate the repair and helped with the question I had with Ford. They handled it all in a professional manner. It was longer than expected repair. Cole Ford had the part well before the fluid was available. Ford Motor Company was unable to get the fluid to fix my car because it was on backorder. I am pleased with Cole Ford and would recommend them. More
