Friendly, available, knowledgeable, no pressure. A Ford was nowhere near my first choice for a new car. So I stopped in to Cole to do a perfunctory look at the Escape. Looked at 2020 Ford Explorer, without trade then with trade. Since my trade wasn't there they gave a really poor offer. Some 3k under KBB value. They wouldn't even add on the features I pulled off from my VIN. Anyways went to a different dealership, they gave a decent offer better than they did and we ran with that.
