Friendly, available, knowledgeable, no pressure. A Ford was nowhere near my first choice for a new car. So I stopped in to Cole to do a perfunctory look at the Escape. He took time to get the right model and color and handled all the paperwork smoothly and quickly. Looked at 2020 Ford Explorer, without trade then with trade. Since my trade wasn't there they gave a really poor offer. Some 3k under KBB value. They wouldn't even add on the features I pulled off from my VIN. Anyways went to a different dealership, they gave a decent offer better than they did and we ran with that. It was also an upgrade to what we looking at originally. More

Fast and Courteous I arrived approximately 10 minutes before my scheduled time. They took my truck and began working on it immediately.
