I arrived for my already schedule appointment and after waiting for ~ 10-15 minutes I was told they could not see me due to back logs. The Service Manager Ron was very kind and professional. Service person at check in was great. Took me in right away with no delay even though I was quite early. No issues with the work performed however, dealer records need to be kept updated Took me in right away with no delay even though I was quite early. No issues with the work performed however, dealer records need to be kept updated as whoever performed the work on my vehicle listed that my transmission was due for service when it actually wasn’t. They also noted I needed spark plugs replaced which I had done back in February this year. I can’t fault that one as the plugs were done at an automotive shop and not the dealer however, this Hyundai dealership did service my transmission last year. Overall I’m satisfied but this dealership does need to keep up on their records. More
I needed an inspection and some scheduled service and am new to the area. I spoke with Adrienne on the phone and she was helpful, informative and very accurate. Luckily, I dealt with her when I got there an new to the area. I spoke with Adrienne on the phone and she was helpful, informative and very accurate. Luckily, I dealt with her when I got there and she was equally professional and reassuring that everyone would be done. It was and Adrienne was careful to be sure what was covered under the warranty, what I would have to pay for and to keep to the price she had quoted me. My only unhappiness is that my visit took nearly three hours to complete. I realize this is a big dealership and Adrienne's estimate of time was accurate. I just wish I did not have to lose 1/2 a day to get fairly routine things done. But Adrienne is a star and if I go back, I will insist on working with her! More
We’ve been coming to this dealership since ~2000 (three {3} vehicles). Overall, the service & Reps are pretty decent although the last time the Tech inflated our tires to ~50 each & didn’t deflate them du {3} vehicles).
