"The Greatest Salesman Ever" From the first car I brought from Shawn I knew I would never go to another dealer or stray away from the Hyundai product. Because of Shawn's honesty, laid back attitude, pure care, and love for the customer I would never buy a car from anyone else. As we were building our relationship during the purchase of my first car I knew there was something special about Shawn. Immediately I was drawn in to give him all the information he needed to help me purchase my car. Then, once the purchase was made he did not stop there. Every time I see Shawn when I bring my car in for service he is always interested in how I am doing and he has a great memory. He would ask me things about myself that I had even forgotten. Needless to say Shawn is the Best Salesman that I have ever experienced. To prove it in 3 years I have been in to buy 3 cars from Shawn, and our relationship gets better and better. When I purchased my last car 12/30/14 my fiancée was so exited when I told her about my car buying experiences with Shawn she came in and brought a car the next day (I won't steal her thunder though because she will be writing too). Shawn thank you again for your care and friendship. With whom else but Shawn can you come in and buy a car and have an award winning experience and make a friend. Thank You Shawn! More

One Satisfied Customer I must say that Shawn Hashemi was the best salesperson I have ever had the opportunity to do business. He was friendly, courteous, and helped me find the vehicle that was just right for me. He was able to find the vehicle of color to include all of the options that I was seeking. The previous Sante Fe that I owned did not have all of the bells and whistles that I had hoped for. Shawn searched for a vehicle that met my needs and that was within my budget. He was helpful even after the sale - he called sporadically to check and see how things are going with my vehicle. I am totally pleased with my vehicle and would definitely do business with Shawn and Hyundai again. More

Best car buying experience ever!!!!!! My salesman Marcus Kess greeted us when we pulled onto the lot. Within the first 5 minutes of talking to him, my father and I immediately knew we came to the right place and we were dealing with a professional. He was so knowledgeable about the car and knew what I needed and wanted before I was even sure myself. No pressure at all and it was such a pleasurable experience even after we were done I had to pinch myself to see if it was real. I purchased a 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport and I love it!!!!!!!! I also enjoyed meetin Yasmine who was also very friendly and knowledgeable. Also Catherine in Finance was amazing also!!!!! Everyone we came in contact with were the friendliest people you ever want to meet.!!!!!!! Other businesses need to come here and take notes on customer service and what it should be. Great Salesman! Marcus Kess was a very professional salesman. Things were kind of crazy busy on the day we bought our Hyundai Santa Fe but he stayed calm and very pro Marcus Kess was a very professional salesman. We took delivery of the vehicle late in the evening and were tired after our long day at the dealership. Marcus asked me to return the next day assuring me that he would have more time to explain the ins and outs of my vehicle and get it properly washed. I did return and he kept his word. Upgrade Santa fe 2013 to 2014 Thanks to Hyundai in College Park MD, and Norman Hawkins, I started with a used vehicle and purchased four new vehicles. My original visit was for an oil change, but I received far more than expected! Love, love my new Santa Fe! My most recent purchase provided me with an easy transition from 2013 Santa Fe, into a 2014 Santa Fe. I am very pleased with the upgrade and added features. Mr. Hawkins and Ms. Ebony in Finance worked with me and provided me with outstanding service from start to finish. I truly enjoy visiting this particular location because everyone is so kind and helpful with every aspect of service from the front door to the back. More

Awesome Dealership Expecting our third child, my wife and I had been on the hunt for a used minivan for awhile before we finally found exactly what we needed at College Expecting our third child, my wife and I had been on the hunt for a used minivan for awhile before we finally found exactly what we needed at College Park Hyundai. The folks there couldn't have been more friendly or helpful, especially our salesperson, David. He did a fantastic job of walking us through everything with the van we were interested in and answering all of our questions. He even noted a few issues during our walk through that he said they would take care of post-purchase and they sure did. Having dealt with other dealerships and their sales people in the past, we truly couldn't believe how smooth and easy the entire process went (even with our kids in tow!). We love our new family minivan and the experience we had at College Park Hyundai. Could not recommend them more highly! More
