Found the car I wanted on their website and began emailing with their internet sales rep Raegan Hairston. After making it very clear the kind of deal I was looking for he ensured me we could work ou emailing with their internet sales rep Raegan Hairston. Based on this I took off work early and headed to CP Hyundai in rush hour traffic. As we are running late, we call Raegan to ensure him we will be there, but slightly after we had discussed, he said that was fine and he'd be there when we arrived. We showed up 30 minutes late and he "had to go" so we began working with Norman. When telling Norman what Raegan had promised, he looked at me wide-eyed and said to me LITERALLY "he probably left early because he knew he couldnt give you that deal" went on to say "we are required to get people in the door at any cost". The reason I gave a 2 for friendliness is because Norman was nice and willing to work with us, but the deal offered in the end turned out to be WAY outside of what pulled me into this dealership. On the way back from the dealership, disappointed with our experience, I called Fitzgerald in Gaithersburg and bought the car from them. They are very friendly and helpful and provide you with a no haggle price (you can probably haggle a trade-in value, but not the terms of the car) that is reasonable and better than the best I could get from haggling with the opportunistic College Park staff. More

This is our 3rd Santa Fe from College Park Hyundai and again we were delighted with our experience. Everyone was very courteous and pleasant during our entire visit.
